Facebook will soon be allowing us to post animated GIFs in comments

Communication on the digital space has widened and eased. There is now a supposed economy of words as with little you could say more. Especially when you save yourself much arduous typing by using animated GIFs.
Many of us Facebook users have been complaining about the absence of support for animated GIFs in comments. This to an extent sapped the fun off expression when we comment. The goodnews now is that Facebook is considering introducing animated GIFs to comments such that you could post such GIFs in comments.
“Everyone loves a good GIF and we know that people want to be able to use them in comments,” a Facebook spokesperson explained. “So we’re about to start testing the ability to add GIFs to comments and we’ll share more when we can, but for now we repeat that this is just a test.”
How we expect Facebook to go about this is to first allow a small collection of people to test the feature, if the emerging feedback comes out positive then we can expect Facebook to expand the feature to the global Facebook community. This would be lovely certainly.
